Tools for the mind

The content of the mind defines one’s reality. If that is so, what tools should I use to intentionally put our mind to work for our personal development? This is the starting point to explore the ways to get to a more positive and healthier perspective about life and better understanding and management of emotions.

Activities: exercises for identifying signs in the body associated with feelings or beliefs, reframing thoughts, proof seeking, visualising, self-questioning

Children get the opportunity to:

  • understand the possibility to change limitative beliefs
  • explore different ways of emotional self-regulation. Children may understand how to respond better to intense and stressful situations improving quality of life
  • gain various perspectives about one specific to the age issue 
  • understand resources for adaptability and balance
  • educate a resilient mindset
