The content of the mind defines one’s reality. If that is so, what tools should I use to intentionally put our mind to work for our personal development? This is the starting point to explore the ways to get to a more positive and healthier perspective about life and better understanding and management of emotions.

Children get the opportunity to:
- understand the possibility to change limitative beliefs
- explore different ways of emotional self-regulation. Children may understand how to respond better to intense and stressful situations improving quality of life
- gain various perspectives about one specific to the age issue
- understand resources for adaptability and balance
- educate a resilient mindset
