The C.R.E.S.C.® course is a program for children around the world and is taught by C.R.E.S.C. Instructors which I’m part of, being fully accredited ad trained following C.R.E.S.C. methodology and trademark.
My teaching program is structured based on the following criterias:
- This program of personal development is targeting children between 7 and 18 years old
- Classes are offered for a small audience of maximum 15 persons.
- Age categories are: 7 – 9 years | 10 – 13 years | 14-18 years
- The entire class takes 12 hours and is facilitated in two different working days or is split in several seminar of two hours in max. 10 different days following the same tematic:
I write my own story | Who am I? | I wish I would be… | Tools for the mind | Dealing with disruptive factors | Trust circles and influencers | Giving life to own dreams | The power of words | How to manage my emotions? | How do I build my future?
Each theme has own games and quests: we brainstorm, reflect, do mind maps, role play, imagine, tell stories, share experiences, test hypothesis, summarise, do vision boards, draw, do relaxing or energising exercises. Coming twice to the same class or seminar does not offer the same experience as audience’s sharing has the main role to bring value to the theme, growing each participant’s self awareness.
Classes are available as pre-scheduled sessions or on demand.
